No. Cosmicqweens.com is the only platform that sells Cosmicqweens products. Please be aware of dodgy sellers from unreliable sources. Are Cosmicqweens products cruelty-free?
Fret not, we do not test on animals, only boyfriends (not yours, don’t worry).
Are Cosmicqweens products vegan-friendly?
Yes. Our cosmetics do not contain any animal-derived ingredients and are vegan-friendly. You can use them in peace!

Yes again! Our cosmetics are Paraben, Lead and Mercury free (not even in the ingredients and raw materials).

What currency does the website use?
All transactions on Cosmicqweens.com are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payments are processed by our payment partner, Smoovpay. Do note that your bank may use its own rates to charge you for any currency conversion if you did not pay via SGD.

I have placed an order. When will my package arrive?
The processing time for orders is 1-3 working days. After which, delivery time within Singapore is 1-3 working days and 6-10 working days via Singpost internationally (please refer to our Shipping Policy for countries we deliver to). Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

All packages are shipped via Singpost for both domestic and international shipping.

We aim to respond to all E-mails within 48 hours. Please note that there may be delays during and immediately after new product launches.
Do you offer returns?
No. All sales are final.
In the unlikely event that a product did not arrive in proper condition, we will only send replacements for damaged or missing product within 14 days of receipt of package. Please note that proof of purchase needs to be submitted and Consmicqweens reserve all rights to reject any request for returns or refunds.
I am an international customer (outside Singapore). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
All packages are shipped via Singpost. Items shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Cosmicqweens.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Singpost to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited Singapore.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at email@example.com with your inquiry.
